Spy gadget stuff seems so cool when you see them on TV. The moment that I saw an advertisement online, I checked out the different products that I could buy. I spotted hidden cameras that were hidden in computer speakers. I thought that this would be the perfect camouflage for a spy camera. The only reason why I bought this was so that I can play a prank on my brother. I wanted to catch all of his embarrassing moments so I can blackmail him!

Things did not turn out this way. Since this camera was hidden in a great disguise, my brother never really noticed it. When I was watching one of the recordings, I caught his conversation with my mom about my surprise party. Yes, I heard every single plan that they have for me. I was already panicking at that time because I couldn’t decide whether I should tell them or not. They pushed through with the party and I acted “surprised”. I could tell that everyone was happy to see that their plan worked. After that incident, I never used the camera again. I learned my lesson that there are really some things which are really meant to be a surprise.
